I went to Dr's office and was set for an epidural injection at a surgical center. Thereafter, I consulted with 2 orthos (shoulder and cervical) about sever pain my my shoulder blade muscles, where both surgeons said this specific pain comes from my neck. Dr Z does a standard injection site at C6/7. My surgeons said I needed an epidural at C5/6, to cover all the cervical nerves. I cancelled the epidural and made a telephonic appointment with Dr Z. Only, Dr Z did not call me, and so I called the office right after to ask my Dr did not keep his appointment? The same office person Dr has had since 2017, started freaking out, put me on hold, and came back asking my name 3 times. Of course I was a patient and that had that info. Still I spelled my entire name the 2nd time I was asked. The 3rd time I told her I was placed on a hold that only ended when I hung up, after 10 minutes. I wrote Dr a QC letter, and got a call from a guy, who raised his voice to me, and started arguing. Not professional.
